What Insurances Do You Accept?

Due to the vast number of different insurance plans and the complexity that goes along with them, it is impossible to provide a blanket answer for this question. Although we may be In Network with a specific insurance plan, e.g. United Healthcare, it does not mean that we are In Network and can provide services with EACH individual Group Plan (there are many different subplans with each Insurance and they may have different benefits). Your insurance may also have Out of Network Benefits that allow coverage.
